Join the Douglas County Republican Central Committee

The Douglas County Republican Central Committee (DCRCC) is the official Nevada Republican Party-affiliated organization in Douglas County. We focus on voter registration and information as well as 'Get out to Vote' campaigns for elections, conduct county caucus, and precinct meetings. We maintain a storefront Head Quarters at 1507 Hwy 395 in Gardnerville and currently represent 21,995 registered Douglas County Republicans.
The Central Committee exists to actively promote “American Exceptionalism” and the Constitutions of the United States of America and the State of Nevada. Central Committee members firmly believe that our engagement in government processes will encourage our elected officials to practice fiscal soundness, to establish a strong national defense, and to provide only those services which cannot be provided by individuals or private organizations
We offer two types of memberships, both at no charge, Voting Memberships and Associate Memberships. Voting members are expected to attend the monthly meeting (the Second Thursday of the month at 6:30 p.m.) and participate in DCRCC events and vote on issues of the Central Committee. Associate members will be informed of the activities of DCRCC, and welcome to attend the monthly meetings, but are not required to attend the monthly meeting or permitted to vote. Membership is for two years, starting March of odd-numbered years but membership is available at any time in the two-year window. We start over every two years.
The number of voting members in the central committee is determined in accordance with NRS 293.143. B. To be eligible to be a voting member in the Central Committee a person must be a registered Republican in Douglas County, Nevada, and must physically reside in the precinct the person represents when elected.
Associate members include but are not limited to the following individuals: Republicans waiting for vacancies on the Central Committee, Former Central Committee voting members who are not able to actively participate in Central Committee meetings but wish to continue their association with the Central Committee, Republicans wishing to receive information from the Central Committee or Republicans wishing to assist with Central Committee events. Please see our bylaws for more details.
If you believe in the Constitution of the United States and conservative values we ask you to get involved. See your efforts rewarded with measurable successes while working among passionate Americans of similar values. We want to  "Keep America Great."
